Optasite Towers LLC was established to be part of the wireless industry providing broadband service with a host of acquisition, development and integration services; fostering the faster growing in North America. Optasite is being focused on the development and acquisition of a portfolio of owned and managed communication tower sites.

As part of this strategy, Optasite & Red Tower joined efforts formalizing an Asset Purchase Agreement to develop new sites in Puerto Rico.
