Ana María received a Bachelor of Art degree in Business Administration and a Master Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidad de Puerto Rico in Río Piedras , PR.

Ana María was appointed as Red Tower’s Human Resources vice president in August 2007. Also, Ana María supervises the Finance and Accounting Department. For her, the company success is the result of the commitment and team work of the employees, who are focused on offer a high quality service. Prior to Red Tower, Ana María managed the administrative operations of the general contractor company ‘Constructora América’ and the telecommunication company ‘Nelan Contractor’.
