Nelson Morales
Nelson
Morales brings more than 10 years of telecommunications experience
to his position of President of Red Tower. After he graduates
from civil engineer, in 1995 from the Politecnica University
of Puerto Rico, he worked for Rutsa Construction, as Project
Manager, developing and updating some of the town infrastructure
in Puerto Rico. Since 1999, Nelson started building his experience
when worked developing telecommunication sites in Puerto Rico,
as independent contractor, for some companies such as; Lucent
Technologies, Sprint, Crown Castle, SBA, Centennial, SunCom
and Folk & Foster beside others. He also developed sites
for Crown Castle in the states of Mississippi, Louisiana and
Alabama.
When
the telecommunication projects volume were reduced, from 2002
to 2004, Nelson worked in the general construction business.
During those years, he developed more than five housing projects
being specialized in the concrete work. Before founded Red
Tower in 2007, Nelson returned to the communication
industry when he worked for Sprint PCS building sites and
installing antennas and equipment.
In 2007, he founded Red Tower to be mainly specialized in
the development and lease of telecommunication sites but keeps
his mind open to new business opportunities. Nelson describes
Red Tower as “the result of a dream
and an opportunity”. During all the years that he worked
in different areas of the telecommunication industry, he always
thought that the market needed a company that can consolidate
most of the services required by the industry with the ability
to make the adjustments needed to satisfy the market.
