Eric Rivera

Eric brings 24 plus year of experience in the Telecommunication Industry. He graduated from Electronic Engineering in 1984, and started working as an Electronic Technician for Puerto Rico Communication Authority (PRCA). In 1985 Eric joined NEC America (Nippon Electric) Vendor Company for PRTC (Puerto Rico Telephone Company) and Celulares Telefonica, having the opportunity to work in the installation & Integration of the first Cellular Network System in Puerto Rico back in 1985, among other things. In 1990 Eric joined Cellular One (formerly “AT&T”), working in the Network Department until 1999, when he joined Lucent Technologies (formerly “Alcatel-Lucent”), responsible to deliver different Wireline and Wireless Network products and services along the Caribbean Region.
The experienced gained included the ability to work in Multiple Countries with Multiple Cultures, representing the major challenged, successfully accomplished.

Eric joined Red Tower in February 2008 as the Senior Vice President, while bringing all the experience, which it is a key to deal and manage the Customers Expectation while creating a Win-Win situation at all time, and maintain the projects on time and on budget.
